How the monthly check-in works
Twenty questions once a month: four per pillar, three on culture.
How it works
Once a month, nørma asks the same short set of questions so you can see how things move over time. Twenty questions cover the five pillars, four for each. Three more ask about your workplace: “Do you feel heard?”, “Do you feel valued?” and “Do you feel safe to speak your truth?”.
Every question has four answers: No, Not really, Mostly and Yes. Your organisation sets the window when check-ins open. You can do one check-in each calendar month while it’s open, and if your organisation hasn’t set a window, it’s open all month.

Good to know
Missed it? The check-in closes and the next one opens next month. Nothing you’ve already shared is lost, and nobody gets a list of who did or didn’t check in.
Your pillar answers make up your personal score, which only you see. The three workplace answers are kept separate from your Fulfilment score and only reach your organisation as anonymised results for groups of at least five people.
The note at the end is private. Nothing in it is shared with anyone.
Your employer never sees your check-in answers, reflections, voice recordings or scores. Only anonymised results for groups of at least five people.
