When you need more support
Where to turn if you’d like to talk to someone now.
How it works
nørma supports your wellbeing day to day. It isn’t a crisis service. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything, it isn’t therapy, and nobody watches what you enter.
If you’d like to talk to someone now, open You and tap “Support”. It lists people to talk to where you are, such as Lifeline on 13 11 14 in Australia or 988 (call or text) in the United States, plus any support your organisation has added, like an Employee Assistance Program, under “At work”. The Support screen works without an internet connection.
Step by step
Good to know
If something you write in a reflection suggests you may be at risk, nørma shows you contact details for support services. It will not alert your employer or anyone else.
Because nobody monitors nørma, it can’t send help to you. Please reach out directly.
nørma doesn’t replace a doctor, psychologist or counsellor. If you’re finding things hard, speaking to one is a good next step.
Lifeline on 13 11 14 (Australia) or 988 (United States), any time. In an emergency, 000 or 911. nørma will not alert your employer or anyone else.
