How it works
You can delete your account from the app at any time. You don’t need your employer’s permission.
Deleting puts your account on hold for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, everything you entered is erased: reflections, recordings, check-ins, habits, all of it.

Good to know
Group results your answers already contributed to aren’t recalculated. They contain nothing that identifies you. Records of sign-ins are kept for security, and backups clear on their normal cycle.
If you leave your organisation and it removes you from nørma, you can’t sign in from that day, and your account is erased after 30 days. During that time your administrator can send a copy of your data to a personal email address you give them, without seeing the data themselves. If you know you’re leaving, export your data before your last day.
If your organisation restores your access within those 30 days, nothing is lost.
Your employer never sees your check-in answers, reflections, voice recordings or scores. Only anonymised results for groups of at least five people.
