How it works
You can download a copy of what you’ve entered in nørma whenever you like. The file, called “My nørma data”, includes your reflections, mirrors, check-ins, habits, gratitude entries, Reset sessions, commitments and settings.
It comes as one file in JSON, a common format for data that many apps and text editors can open.
Step by step
Good to know
Voice recordings are listed in the file, but the audio itself isn’t inside it. You can play recordings back in the app while your account is open.
You can still export while your account is on hold for deletion.
Once the file is on your device, it’s outside nørma, so keep it somewhere safe.
Your employer never sees your check-in answers, reflections, voice recordings or scores. Only anonymised results for groups of at least five people.
