Habits
Small things you do on repeat, each one tied to a pillar.
How it works
Habits are small things you do on repeat, like a walk at lunch or ten minutes without your phone. Each one is linked to a pillar.
You can pick from habits suggested for you, browse the library, or write your own. Choose how many days a week you’re aiming for, log it on the days you do it, and a 12-week grid shows how it’s going.

Good to know
Logging habits builds your Momentum. It never changes your Fulfilment score.
Your habit names are private. Your organisation may see how many habits a group has ticked, for groups of at least five people, never what they are or who ticked them.
If habit nudges aren’t helping, change how often you get nudges under You, in “Preferences”.
Your employer never sees your check-in answers, reflections, voice recordings or scores. Only anonymised results for groups of at least five people.
