Love is climbing. Social has been quiet for a few weeks though.

One thing worth noticing. Not a verdict, not a plan.

How it works

Straight after your check-in, nørma gives you a short written mirror of what your answers show: where you’re strongest, where things feel heavier, your focus for the month and one small step to begin. This mirror is put together from your answers by fixed rules, without AI.

When you save a reflection, you get a mirror for that too. It’s written by AI from what you said: it reflects your words back, notes the themes in them, and suggests at most one small step. It doesn’t give advice.

Step by step

1Finish your check-in to see your mirror.
2Read “Your focus this month” and “One small step to begin”.
3Tap “Write today’s reflection” to add your own words, or “Go to home”.
4After a reflection, read its mirror. If it doesn’t land, try “Ask again”.
5You can add to a reflection later. nørma reads the whole thing again and writes a fresh mirror.

Good to know

The mirror is a reflection of what you entered. It isn’t therapy or professional advice, AI can get things wrong, and your own judgement comes first.

Your mirror is shown only to you.

If something you write suggests you might be at risk, nørma shows you contact details for support services. See “When you need more support”.

YOUR PRIVACY

Your employer never sees your check-in answers, reflections, voice recordings or scores. Only anonymised results for groups of at least five people.
