Reminders and notifications
Choose when nørma nudges you, or turn reminders off.
How it works
You decide how often nørma gets in touch. Everything lives under You, in “Preferences”: a reminder when your check-in opens, how often you get nudges, a daily gratitude reminder, and a switch to pause the lot.
Notifications are short and occasional: your check-in being open, a gentle nudge such as “How are you, really?”, or a prompt about a habit you’ve set up.
Step by step
Good to know
“Pause everything” stops reminders and nudges until you switch it back on. Nothing else changes: your entries and your progress stay as they are.
Your phone’s own settings still apply. If notifications for nørma are off on your phone, you won’t get any, whatever you choose in the app.
You may also get an email from nørma the day before and on the day your organisation’s check-in opens.
Your employer never sees your check-in answers, reflections, voice recordings or scores. Only anonymised results for groups of at least five people.
