What my employer sees
Aggregated results for groups of five or more. Never your answers.
How it works
Your organisation sees results for groups, and only for groups with at least five people in them. That covers check-in answers combined into averages for the five pillars and the three workplace questions, themes that come up across people’s reflections (as labels, never words), and how much a group uses nørma.
Your organisation never sees your check-in answers, your scores, your reflections, your voice recordings, your habit names or your gratitude entries. Its nørma administrators do see your account details: your name, email, team and role, and whether you’ve accepted your invitation and signed in. They can’t see whether you’ve done a check-in.
Step by step
Good to know
An honest limit: the five counts everyone in the group, leader included, rather than how many people answered. A group of five shows a result from its first check-in, so in a small team a figure can come from very few people, even one. Your organisation can raise the minimum, but never lower it below five, and it has agreed never to try to work out who said what.
Using nørma is voluntary. Your organisation has agreed it won’t require you to use it and won’t treat you differently if you don’t. Leaders and administrators don’t get a list of who has or hasn’t checked in.
Your employer never sees your check-in answers, reflections, voice recordings or scores. Only anonymised results for groups of at least five people.
