Who can hear my reflections
Only you. Not your employer, not your manager, not us.
How it works
Your reflections, written and spoken, are shown only in your account. Your employer, your manager and your organisation’s nørma administrators have no way to open them. Voice recordings are stored encrypted in Australia, and only your account can play them back.
Yes, AI reads your reflections. To write your mirror and pick out themes, the text goes to our AI provider, Anthropic, without your name, email or organisation. A small number of named nørma engineers can reach the systems that hold your data, only for operations and support, under access controls. Nobody reads your reflections as a matter of course.
Step by step
Good to know
The AI receives your reflection exactly as you wrote or said it. If you’d rather a name or detail didn’t leave your phone, leave it out.
If you delete your account, your reflections and recordings are erased after 30 days.
Before your first reflection, nørma shows you a short notice explaining all of this. You can say “Not now” and come back to it.
Your employer never sees your check-in answers, reflections, voice recordings or scores. Only anonymised results for groups of at least five people.
