How it works
There’s no billing or seat screen in the dashboard. How enrolment is counted and billed is set out in your organisation’s agreement with AOH.
The People page shows who is on your roster and each person’s status: not yet invited, invited, active or no access.
Step by step
1Open People to see who is on your roster.
2Filter by status to see who has been invited and who is active.
3Use “Remove access” for leavers so your roster stays current.
4For billing questions, contact your nørma contact or [support@joinnorma.com].
Good to know
Employees never pay for nørma and are never asked for payment in the app.
Roster status shows access only. It never shows how anyone uses the app or what they entered.
