By department

Every group of five or more, and the ten numbers behind each.

THE DASHBOARD · READING THE SIGNAL·3 MIN READ

How it works

The Teams page compares the groups inside the scope you’re viewing. The Pentagon view, the default, shows each group’s shape across the five pillars. The Heatmap shows eight numbers per group: the five pillars plus feeling heard, feeling valued and feeling safe to speak.

The comparison table also shows Fulfilment, Participation, Culture, Active, Reflections, Habits ticked, Growth work and Foundations for each group.

Step by step

1Open Teams.
2Choose the scope you want to compare inside, such as the whole organisation or one department.
3Switch between Pentagon and Heatmap.
4Read across the comparison table to see where a group differs.
5Switch your scope to a group to see its own dashboard.

Good to know

A group with fewer than five people, or fewer than your organisation’s higher minimum, isn’t shown at all.

A group can also be hidden when showing it would let a smaller group’s result be worked out by subtracting one figure from another.

These are averages. Look for patterns over a few months rather than reacting to one.

WHAT YOU SEE

Results for groups of five or more, never a person’s answers.
