Your evidence trail

A dated record of what you identified, did and reviewed.

THE DASHBOARD · PSYCHOSOCIAL DUTY·3 MIN READ

How it works

As you use nørma, it keeps a dated record: monthly group figures over time, every growth work log (with the scope, who logged it and when), sessions marked as run, and the hazards and controls on the Alerts page.

Together, that shows you identified risks, acted on them and reviewed what happened. It’s evidence of reasonable steps. It doesn’t make you compliant on its own, and it isn’t legal advice, so confirm the specifics with your own advisers.

Step by step

1Log growth work and sessions as you go, so the record builds itself.
2On Alerts, use “Export Hazard Register” for a CSV of hazards, control measures and scores.
3On Trends, use “Export for Board” and save the page as a PDF.
4Keep both with your WHS records, and review them each quarter.

Good to know

Everything in the record is aggregated. None of it contains individual answers.

There isn’t yet a single one-click evidence pack. The exports above are the way to pull it together today.

nørma supports your psychosocial risk management. It doesn’t replace consultation with workers or your duty to put controls in place.

WHAT YOU SEE

Results for groups of five or more, never a person’s answers.
