Growth work

Run a session from the library and log it against the signal.

THE DASHBOARD · ACTING ON IT·3 MIN READ

How it works

Growth work is what leaders do in response to the signal: a conversation, a session, a change to how the team works. The page shows “Suggested for this scope”, what’s planned this month, what’s running, programs, and the full library.

Each month nørma asks, “What have you actioned this month for your team?”. Logging what you did, against a pillar and a month, is what lets you check later whether things moved.

Step by step

1Open Growth work.
2Choose something from “Suggested for this scope” or The library.
3Run it with your team.
4Log it: “What signal prompted this?”, “Target pillar”, “What prompted this?” and “Duration (minutes)”. Leaders can also choose “Share this with your team”.
5Update its status as you go, for example Committed, Completed or Skipped.

Good to know

Growth work logs aren’t private. Anyone who leads your team or a level above it can read them, and so can your organisation’s admins.

Keep logs factual and about the team. Don’t name individuals or record what someone said.

Every log is dated, so it becomes part of your evidence trail.

WHAT YOU SEE

Results for groups of five or more, never a person’s answers.
