Raising participation

What helps people take part, and what to avoid.

THE DASHBOARD · CHECK-INS·3 MIN READ

How it works

The Participation page, for Organisation Admins, shows how many people have activated nørma, how many are active, and the participation rate for each group that meets the minimum group size. “Groups needing support” lists groups under 50%.

It never lists who has or hasn’t checked in. Participation is a group figure only.

Step by step

1Open Participation.
2Look at “Groups needing support”.
3Talk with the leader of that group about what would help.
4Make time for it: a regular monthly slot in the calendar makes checking in normal.
5Show people what you did with the last results, through growth work they can see.

Good to know

Using nørma is voluntary. Your organisation has agreed not to require it and not to treat anyone differently for not using it, so it can’t be made mandatory.

Avoid asking individuals whether they’ve checked in, and never link it to performance. People take part when they trust it’s private and see something change.

nørma sends check-in reminders automatically. Sending an extra reminder to a group from this page isn’t available yet.

WHAT YOU SEE

Results for groups of five or more, never a person’s answers.

nørma

A well-being operating system by Artistry of Humanity. Built with 💚 in Australia.

nørma is not a medical device, a diagnosis or a therapy tool. It supports, and does not replace, an organisation’s well-being and psychosocial processes.
