Move people between teams and handle leavers.
How it works
You can move someone to another group from the People page or from Structure, under People. Past months keep the old membership, so figures you’ve already seen don’t change.
When someone leaves, use “Remove access”. They’re signed out everywhere, can’t sign in again, stop counting in your figures from that day, and their account is erased after 30 days. If you restore their access before then, nothing is lost.

Good to know
The data copy goes straight to the person. You only ever see a masked address, never their data. The link lasts 7 days and can be sent up to three times.
Removing people can take a group below the minimum size, and then its results stop showing.
Groups are archived, never deleted, so history is kept.
Results for groups of five or more, never a person’s answers.
