Leaders and administrators

Who sees the dashboard, who manages people, and what neither can see.

THE DASHBOARD · GETTING STARTED·3 MIN READ

How it works

There are two dashboard roles. A People Leader sees the results for the group they lead and every group inside it, never above or beside it. An Organisation Admin sees the whole organisation and also manages it: people, structure, participation, the check-in window, privacy settings and integrations.

Leaders and admins are employees too, with their own private app. Neither role can see anyone’s check-in answers, scores or reflections. The People page says so plainly: nørma never shows you an individual’s reflections or check-in answers.

Step by step

1Set someone’s role when you invite them, or change it on the People page.
2Assign a leader to a group in Structure, under Leaders.
3As an admin, switch to a leader’s view to check exactly what they see.
4If someone asks to see a person’s answers, explain that the dashboard has no screen for them, and neither nørma nor AOH will provide them on request.

Good to know

Admins can see account details on the People page: name, email, team, role and invitation status. That’s there so admins can manage access.

Growth work logs aren’t private. Anyone who leads the team or a level above it can read them, and so can admins.

Leaders and admins agree not to try to work out who gave a particular answer.

WHAT YOU SEE

Results for groups of five or more, never a person’s answers.
