Check-in schedule
When check-ins open and close, and when the signal arrives.
How it works
An Organisation Admin sets one check-in window for the whole organisation in “Group check-in”. You choose the day (for example the first Monday of the month, or a date), a time, and how long it stays open, from 15 minutes up to 62 days. It runs in your organisation’s timezone.
Each person can do one check-in per calendar month, and can only start it while the window is open. If you don’t set a window, people can check in any time during the month. nørma emails people the day before and on the day, and sends a push notification when it opens to anyone who has turned that reminder on. Group figures are recalculated daily, so results build up as people answer.
Step by step
Good to know
A short window is easy to miss. Give people a few days so it fits around their work.
Results update once a day, so a check-in done today appears in the dashboard tomorrow.
Groups that haven’t reached the minimum number of people show nothing, however many check in.
Results for groups of five or more, never a person’s answers.
