Fulfilment and Culture

The two organisation numbers and the six months behind them.

THE DASHBOARD · READING THE SIGNAL·3 MIN READ

How it works

The dashboard leads with two numbers. Fulfilment is the average of the five pillar scores from people’s monthly check-ins. Culture is the average of three questions: whether people feel heard, feel valued, and feel safe to speak their truth.

Beside them sits “Participation this month”, plus a row showing how the group used nørma: active people, reflections, growth work, Foundations chapters and habits ticked. Trends shows the months behind the numbers, six by default.

Step by step

1Open Dashboard and choose the group you want with the scope switcher.
2Read Fulfilment and Culture for this month.
3Check “Largest fall and rise this month” and the anonymous themes.
4Open Trends to see the line over time and each pillar. Switch between 3, 6 and 12 months.
5To share with a board, use “Export for Board” on Trends and save the page as a PDF.

Good to know

Figures are recalculated once a day, so new check-ins show up the next day.

Each number is an average of the people who answered. When few people answered, it can move a lot from month to month.

Every figure is an aggregate for a group of at least five people, and the dashboard has no way to open one up to individual answers.

WHAT YOU SEE

Results for groups of five or more, never a person’s answers.
