THE DASHBOARD · GETTING STARTED·3 MIN READ

How it works

AOH creates your organisation in nørma. From there, an Organisation Admin builds the structure in “Structure”, which has four parts: Levels, Groups, People and Leaders.

Levels are the names of your ladder, such as Company, Department, Team. Groups are the actual departments and teams, arranged as a tree. A leader assigned to a group sees that group and everything inside it.

Step by step

1In Structure, open Levels and name each level of your organisation.
2In Groups, add your departments and teams at the right level.
3Add your people (see “Invite your people”), then assign each person to a group under People.
4Under Leaders, choose who leads which group and tap “Assign”.
5In Settings, set your organisation’s timezone and region (the region decides which helplines people see), and add your own support, such as your EAP, to the Support directory.
6In “Group check-in”, set when the monthly check-in opens.

Good to know

Groups are archived rather than deleted, so their history is kept.

Plan group sizes with privacy in mind: a group with fewer than five people (or your organisation’s higher minimum) shows no results.

nørma doesn’t replace your EAP. It works earlier, day to day, and sits beside it. Add your EAP in the Support directory (“Add entry”) and it appears in the app under “At work” on the Support screen.

WHAT YOU SEE

Results for groups of five or more, never a person’s answers.
