Changing your name, email or team
What you can change in the app, and what your organisation’s administrator changes for you.
How it works
Your name, email, organisation and team come from your organisation. You can see them under You, in “About you”, where each one says “set by your organisation”. You can’t edit them in the app.
Two things in “About you” are yours to change. Your relationship status changes the wording of the Love & Relationships questions. The optional “Do you have children?” decides whether habits and growth work written for parents are offered.
Step by step
- Open the You tab and tap “About you”.
- Check the details under “Account”.
- To change your relationship status or the children question, tap your answer under “Personal data”. It saves straight away.
- For a wrong name or the wrong team, ask your organisation’s nørma administrator.
Good to know
Administrators can correct your name and move you to another team. If your organisation imports its roster again, the name in that file is the one used.
Your email is how you sign in, and password codes go to it. If your work email is changing, talk to your administrator before you lose access to the old one.
When you move teams, your answers count in your new team’s figures from this month. Past months stay as they were.
Only you can see your relationship status and your answer about children.
