Getting help with nørma
Who to ask first, and where to go if you need to talk to someone now.
How it works
nørma comes to you through your organisation, so your first stop is whoever looks after nørma there. That’s your organisation’s nørma administrator, often the person who invited you.
Your administrator can resend an invitation, check which email you were invited on, correct your name, move you to the right team and restore your access. They can also raise questions with the nørma team.
Step by step
- Can’t sign in? On the sign-in screen, tap “Get help”.
- For your account, invitation or team, contact your organisation’s nørma administrator.
- For how something works, search this help centre.
- If you need to talk to someone now, open You and tap “Support”.
