How the monthly check-in works
Once a month: twenty pillar questions, three on work.
How it works
Once a month, nørma asks the same short set of questions so you can see how things move over time. Twenty questions cover the five pillars, four for each. Three more ask about your workplace: “Do you feel heard?”, “Do you feel valued?” and “Do you feel safe to speak your truth?”.
Every question has four answers: No, Not really, Mostly and Yes. Your organisation sets the window when check-ins open. You can do one check-in each calendar month while it’s open, and if your organisation hasn’t set a window, it’s open all month.
Step by step
- When your check-in is open, Home shows “Start check-in” on check-in day, and “Open now” otherwise.
- Tap “Begin”.
- Answer each question. Each answer moves you on. You can finish later that month.
- Answer the three “Your workplace” questions.
- Add a private note under “Anything you want to note from this month?” if you like, then finish.
- On your result, tap “Yes, remind me” if asked. Then read your mirror.
Good to know
Missed it? The check-in closes and the next one opens next month. Nothing you’ve already shared is lost. Leaders see how many in a team checked in, never who.
Your pillar answers make your personal score, counted in team figures without your name. The workplace answers sit outside your Fulfilment score. Your organisation sees them only in group figures, never with your name. Groups smaller than 5 people never show. In a small team, a figure can come from one person.
Leaders also get four questions on how they lead. Three feed a leaders’ score seen by leaders at their level and above; the fourth stays private. None of them change your Fulfilment score.
The note at the end is private. Nothing in it is shared with anyone.
Nobody where you work can read your entries. Your answers and habits reach them only inside group figures, never with your name.
