Download a copy of what you’ve entered, all in one go.
How it works
You can download a copy of what you’ve entered in nørma whenever you like. The export, called “My nørma data”, includes your reflections, mirrors, check-ins, habits, gratitude entries, Reset days, commitments and settings.
It comes as JSON text, a common format for data that many apps and text editors can open.
Step by step
- Open the You tab.
- Tap “Privacy & data”.
- Tap “Export everything”.
- Your phone’s share sheet opens with your data as JSON text. Save it to your files, or send it somewhere you trust.
Good to know
Voice recordings are listed in the export, but the audio itself isn’t inside it. You can play recordings back in the app while your account is open.
On hold for deletion? You can still tap “Export my data”.
Once your data is on your device, it’s outside nørma, so keep it somewhere safe.
Nobody where you work can read your entries. Your answers and habits reach them only inside group figures, never with your name.
