I didn’t get my invitation, or the link expired
Check spam and the address you were invited on, then ask your administrator to resend. Links last 72 hours.
How it works
Your invitation comes by email from no-reply@joinnorma.com, with the subject “Your space in nørma is ready”. In most organisations it has a “Set your password” button. If your organisation uses its own work sign-in, the email has no button, because there’s no password to set.
Sometimes the email simply hasn’t been sent yet. Administrators can add people first and send the invitations later, so nothing arrives until they do.
Step by step
- Search your inbox, spam and junk folders for “Your space in nørma is ready”.
- Check you’re looking in the right inbox. The invitation goes to the exact address your organisation added, which may not be your main one.
- If the link says the invitation has expired or is no longer valid, ask your organisation’s nørma administrator to resend it.
- Open the new email and tap “Set your password” soon.
- Then open the nørma app and sign in with the same email.
Good to know
The link works once and expires after 72 hours. A resent invitation has a fresh link.
Already set your password? You don’t need the link again. Sign in in the app, and use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page if you need to.
If the app says “We couldn’t find that email. Check the address and try again.”, tap “Get help”. Whoever shared nørma with you can check which address was invited.
If it says your organisation’s nørma is still being set up, your organisation isn’t ready yet. Try again later.
Still need a hand?
