Delete my account
Delete from Privacy & data. You have 30 days to change your mind.
How it works
You can delete your account from the app at any time. You don’t need your employer’s permission.
Deleting puts your account on hold for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, everything you entered is erased: reflections, recordings, check-ins, habits, all of it.
Step by step
- Open the You tab and tap “Privacy & data”.
- If you want a copy, tap “Export everything” first.
- Tap “Delete account & data”.
- At “Delete everything?”, tap “Delete in 30 days”.
- Changed your mind? Sign in within the 30 days and tap “Keep my account”.
Good to know
Group figures your answers already went into aren’t recalculated. They never show your name. Records of sign-ins are kept for security, and backups clear on their normal cycle.
If you leave your organisation and it removes you from nørma, you can’t sign in from that day, and your account is erased after 30 days. Meanwhile your administrator can send your data to a personal email you give them, without seeing it. Work addresses are refused, and the link lasts a week at most. If you know you’re leaving, export your data before your last day.
If your organisation restores your access within those 30 days, nothing is lost.
Nobody where you work can read your entries. Your answers and habits reach them only inside group figures, never with your name.
Still need a hand?
Your organisation’s administrator can help with your account, invitations and anything about how nørma works where you are.
