Install nørma and sign in with the email your organisation invited.
How it works
nørma comes to you through your organisation. When you’re invited, you get an email called “Your space in nørma is ready”. In most organisations you set a password from that email first, using the “Set your password” button. If your organisation uses its own work sign-in, the email tells you there’s no password to set up.
To sign in, you only type the email you were invited on. nørma finds your organisation and opens its sign-in page in your phone’s browser. You enter your password there, or your work account details if your organisation uses single sign-on, and then you’re taken back to the app.
Step by step
- Open the invitation email and tap “Set your password”. Skip this if the email says your organisation uses its own work sign-in.
- Install nørma on your phone. Your organisation will tell you where to get it.
- Open nørma, type the email you were invited on under “Sign in to your account” and tap “Continue”.
- Sign in on the page that opens, then return to the app.
- The first time, read “Before you start” and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Good to know
If you see “We couldn’t find that email”, check that you’re using the exact address your organisation invited. Tap “Get help”: whoever shared nørma with you can check which address was invited.
Forgotten your password? After “Continue”, use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. The code goes to the email you were invited on.
The link in the invitation email works once and expires after 72 hours. If it has run out, ask your organisation’s nørma administrator to resend it. Typed your email too many times? Wait a minute and try again.
Nobody where you work can read your entries. Your answers and habits reach them only inside group figures, never with your name.
Still need a hand?
Your organisation’s administrator can help with your account, invitations and anything about how nørma works where you are.
