The mirror
What you get back after a check-in or reflection.
How it works
After a check-in, your mirror names the pillar to focus on this month, then lets you keep, add or remove habits and growth work for it. This mirror is put together from your answers by fixed rules, without AI.
When you save a reflection, you get a mirror for that too. A third-party AI writes it from what you said and your latest check-in answers. It reflects your words, notes themes and suggests a few small steps. It doesn’t give advice.
Step by step
- Finish your check-in to see your mirror.
- Read “Your focus this month” on your result, then your mirror.
- Tap “Write today’s reflection” to add your own words, or “Go to home”.
- After a reflection, read its mirror. If it couldn’t answer, tap “Ask again”.
- You can add to a written reflection later with “Add to it”, and nørma writes a fresh mirror.
Good to know
The mirror is a reflection of what you entered. It isn’t therapy or professional advice, AI can get things wrong, and your own judgement comes first.
Nobody at work can read your mirror. Themes it notes can count towards your team’s themes, never with your words or your name.
If something you write suggests you might be at risk, nørma shows you contact details for support services. See “When you need more support”.
Nobody where you work can read your entries. Your answers and habits reach them only inside group figures, never with your name.
Still need a hand?
