The five pillars
The five areas of life nørma asks about.
How it works
nørma looks at five areas of a whole life, called the Five Pillars of Fulfilment. You see them on your Home screen, and the same five appear in your organisation’s results as nameless team averages.
Health & Fitness is how you’re caring for your body and energy. Internal Work is your inner life: mind, attention and self. Love & Relationships is closeness, romance and feeling at peace. Social Connection is friends, community and belonging. Work & Life Flow is how work sits within the rest of your life.
Step by step
- Each check-in asks four questions for each pillar.
- Each pillar gets its own score from 0 to 100, based on those four answers.
- Home draws your five pillar scores as a shape, and your Fulfilment score is the average of all five.
- Habits, growth journeys and growth work are each linked to a pillar, so you can put your energy where it matters to you.
Good to know
Work is one pillar of five. The other four cover the rest of your life, because all of it comes to work with you.
The Love & Relationships questions are worded differently depending on whether you’re single or in a relationship. You can change your answer under You, in “About you”.
Your organisation sees group averages only, never your name. Groups smaller than 5 people never show. In a small team, an average can come from one person.
Nobody where you work can read your entries. Your answers and habits reach them only inside group figures, never with your name.
