Reading your Fulfilment score
What the number and the shape on Home tell you, and what they don’t.
How it works
Your Fulfilment score is the average of your five pillar scores, from 0 to 100, with every pillar counting equally. It comes from your monthly check-in answers and nothing else.
On Home, the “Fulfilment” card shows the number in front of a five-sided shape. Each point of the shape is a pillar: the further it reaches out, the higher that pillar scored. The card also shows when your last check-in was and when the next one opens.
Step by step
- Open Home and find the “Fulfilment” card.
- Look at the shape to see which pillars are strongest and which are lower.
- “About this score”, at the bottom of your check-ins under You, explains how the number is worked out.
- To see how it has moved since your first check-in, open You and go to “Your journey”.
- Pick your lowest pillar as a starting point in Grow.
Good to know
What you do in the app, like habits and reflections, builds your Momentum. It never changes your Fulfilment score.
The score is a snapshot of how you answered this month. It isn’t a test result, a diagnosis or a judgement, and one lower month is just information.
Your organisation sees group averages only, never your name. Groups smaller than 5 people never show. In a small team, an average can come from one person.
Nobody where you work can read your entries. Your answers and habits reach them only inside group figures, never with your name.
