Using nørma on a new phone
Install, sign in with the email you were invited on, and your history is still in your account.
How it works
Your check-ins, reflections, voice recordings, habits, gratitude entries and growth work are kept in your nørma account, not only on your phone. When you sign in on a new phone, or after reinstalling, they come back.
A few settings belong to the phone itself, so you set them again. Your phone needs to allow notifications from nørma, and the gratitude reminder goes back to 20:30.
Step by step
- Install nørma on the new phone the same way you did the first time.
- Open it, type the email you were invited on and tap “Continue”.
- Sign in on the page that opens, then return to the app.
- Go through the welcome screens. Your history is waiting on Home and under You.
- Open You, then “Preferences”, and check your reminders and your gratitude reminder time.
