Growth work in the app
What growth work is, and what you’ll see when your leader shares theirs with your team.
How it works
Growth work is a short list of one-off things you’ve decided to do, then tick off: a call you keep putting off, a conversation, an appointment. Each one is tied to a pillar.
Your leader may also share growth work with your team. When they do, Home shows “What your leader is working on”, with up to three items. Each shows its pillar, the month and the reason your leader gave. It doesn’t say who logged it, and it makes no claim about what it changed.
Step by step
- Open Grow and go to Growth work.
- Tap “Add growth work” for “Ideas from nørma, by pillar”, or take one your check-in mirror suggests.
- Tap the circle, or “Mark as done”, when you’ve done it.
- Answer “How did it go?” if you like, or tap “Skip”.
- Not for you? Tap “Skip this one”. There’s no mark against you.
Good to know
Taking on growth work and finishing it both build your Momentum.
Which growth work you choose, and what you write about it, is never shown to your organisation.
Nobody where you work can read your entries. Your answers and habits reach them only inside group figures, never with your name.
Groups smaller than 5 people never show. In a small team, a figure can come from one person.
