Using nørma offline or in a browser
nørma lives in the phone app. What still works when you lose your connection.
How it works
nørma is made to be used in the phone app. The web page in your invitation email is only there to set your password. After that, everything happens in the app.
Most of nørma needs a connection, because your entries are kept in your account rather than only on your phone. A few things still work without one.
Good to know
The helplines on the Support screen work offline. The “At work” section needs a connection.
If your connection drops during a check-in, your answers are kept on your phone and sent when you’re back online.
Saving a reflection and getting its mirror need a connection, because the mirror is written after you save.
Reset practices and most journey films stream, so they need a connection too.
Leaders and admins read the dashboard in a web browser. That’s a different tool from the app.
Still need a hand?
Your organisation’s administrator can help with your account, invitations and anything about how nørma works where you are.
