What my employer sees
Group figures only, never with your name.
How it works
Nobody where you work can read your entries. Your answers and habits reach them only inside group figures, never with your name. Those group figures cover check-in answers combined into averages for the five pillars and the three workplace questions, themes that come up across people’s reflections (as labels, never words), and how much a group uses nørma.
Nobody where you work can open your check-in answers, your scores, your reflections, your voice recordings, your habit names or your gratitude entries. Its nørma administrators do see your account details: your name, email, team and role, and whether you’ve accepted your invitation and signed in. They can’t see whether you’ve done a check-in.
Step by step
- You check in. Nobody where you work can read your answers.
- nørma combines answers into group averages on its own servers.
- If a group has under five people, your organisation sees nothing for it, but its answers count in the group above.
- Leaders see the averages for their own group and the groups inside it.
- To see this for yourself, open You, tap “Privacy & data”, then “See it the way a leader does”.
Good to know
Groups smaller than 5 people never show. In a small team, a figure can come from one person. The five counts everyone in the group, leader included, rather than how many people answered, so a group of five shows a result from its first check-in. Your organisation can raise the minimum, but never lower it below five.
Using nørma is voluntary, and nørma has no way to make it compulsory. Leaders and administrators don’t get a list of who has or hasn’t checked in. Leaders see how many in a team checked in, never who.
