Your first check-in
What to expect from the first twenty questions, and how long they take.
How it works
After you sign in, three short films introduce your space, the five pillars, and how the check-in, a reflection and the mirror fit together. Then nørma invites you to your first check-in with “Let’s see where you are”.
Your first check-in is the same as every monthly one. Twenty questions across the five pillars (four each), then three about your workplace. Just before the Love & Relationships questions, you answer “One thing first.” (Single or In a relationship) so those questions fit your life. It takes about five minutes, one question at a time.
Step by step
- Watch the introduction films. You can replay them later from You, under “Start again”.
- Tap “Start my first check-in”, then “Begin”. Or tap “Explore first” and start your check-in from Home later.
- Answer each question with No, Not really, Mostly or Yes. Choosing an answer takes you to the next one.
- Just before the Love & Relationships questions, answer “One thing first.” (Single or In a relationship) so those questions fit your life.
- Answer the three “Your workplace” questions. Add a private note if you like, then finish.
- See your first Fulfilment score straight away, then read your mirror.
Good to know
If your organisation’s check-in isn’t open yet, the button says “Take a look around” and shows when the next one opens. You can explore the rest of the app in the meantime.
You can stop part-way. Your answers are saved as you go, and you carry on from where you left off.
Nobody where you work can read your entries. Your answers and habits reach them only inside group figures, never with your name. Groups smaller than 5 people never show. In a small team, a figure can come from one person.
