Alerts
What an alert means, what it doesn’t yet do, and what to do next.
How it works
Alerts, under Measure, points you to groups whose signal has dropped far enough to be worth a look. An alert is raised when a group’s Fulfilment is low this month, or has fallen sharply since last month.
Each alert names the group and shows a severity of High, Medium or Low, a short line on what it means, and “Anonymous, segment-level”. Alerts follow your organisation’s minimum group size. The minimum counts people in the group, not answers, so an alert can rest on very few check-ins, including yours.
Alerts don’t map signals to psychosocial hazards yet, and there’s no hazard register to export.
Step by step
- Open Alerts and choose your scope.
- Read “What triggers an alert”.
- Switch your scope to the group and open Dashboard to see which pillar or culture question sits behind it.
- Talk with the team, choose a session in Playbooks, and log what you do as growth work.
- Tap “Dismiss” once you’ve acted on it or noted it.
Good to know
These insights support your organisation’s WHS processes and professional consultation. They don’t replace them.
Dismissing tidies your list. It doesn’t change any figure, and a button at the bottom of the page brings dismissed alerts back.
“Where to point people” lists your organisation’s support services, so you can share them.
Group figures only, never a person’s answers. Groups below your organisation’s minimum never show, and in a small group a figure can rest on one answer.
