How nørma protects anonymity
The five-person minimum, subtraction protection, what nobody can see, and the limits we’re honest about.
How it works
This page sets out the whole privacy model, limits included, for HR, legal and employee representatives.
Each person’s entries live in their own account, and nobody at their organisation can open them. The dashboard shows figures for groups only, and only for groups with at least five people, or your organisation’s minimum if it has set a higher one. A smaller group shows “Too few to show.”, and its members still count in the group above it.
The minimum counts everyone in the group, the leader included, not how many people answered. A group is also held back when subtracting one figure from another would reveal a smaller group.
Good to know
Nobody at work sees a name against any answer, anyone’s reflections or voice recordings, habit names, gratitude entries or private notes, or a list of who has checked in.
Admins see a roster by name: email, team, role and whether someone has signed in.
Honest limit: a group at the minimum shows figures from its first check-in, so a figure, theme or alert can come from one person.
Honest limit: comparing months can narrow down who changed, colleagues who share their own answers can narrow down the rest, and leaders know their own answers.
Reflection text is read by a third-party AI, Anthropic, outside Australia, without the person’s name.
Employees can check what leaders see in the app, under You, then “Privacy & data”, then “See it the way a leader does”.
Group figures only, never a person’s answers. Groups below your organisation’s minimum never show, and in a small group a figure can rest on one answer.
