Using the app as a People Leader

As a People Leader you use nørma in two places. The dashboard is where you read your team’s signal. The phone app is your own private space, the same as everyone else’s, and you sign in to it with the same email.

Your entries are private like everyone’s. Your check-in still counts in your team’s figures, exactly as your team’s do. So when you read your team on the dashboard, your own answers are part of what you see, and in a small team they can be a large part of it.

Your monthly check-in has four extra questions, headed “As a leader of” and your group’s name. Your answers to the first three join every other leader’s in your part of the organisation to make one score, which leaders at your level and above can see. The fourth, “What behaviour do I need to change or reinforce?”, is just for you.

Figures show once a group reaches your organisation’s minimum. The minimum counts the people in the group, you included, not how many answered, so a figure can come from one person.

Your leadership answers don’t change your own Fulfilment score.

Don’t use your own answers to work out anyone else’s.

Group figures only, never a person’s answers. Groups below your organisation’s minimum never show, and in a small group a figure can rest on one answer.
