Check-in schedule
When check-ins open and close, and when the signal arrives.
How it works
An Organisation Admin sets one check-in window for the whole organisation in “Group check-in”. You choose the day (for example the first Monday of the month, or a date), a time, and how long it stays open, from 15 to 89,280 minutes (62 days). It runs in your organisation’s timezone.
Each person can do one check-in per calendar month, and can only start it while the window is open. If you don’t set a window, people can check in any time during the month. nørma emails anyone with reminders on, the day before and the day, and sends a push notification when it opens to everyone who hasn’t turned that reminder off. Group figures are recalculated daily, so results build up as people answer.
Step by step
- Open “Group check-in”.
- Choose the check-in day and time.
- Set the duration.
- Save it.
- Let people know, and consider booking a regular slot in the calendar for it.
Good to know
A short window is easy to miss. Give people a few days so it fits around their work.
Results update once a day, so a check-in appears in the dashboard within a day.
Groups below your organisation’s minimum number of people show nothing, however many check in.
Group figures only, never a person’s answers. Groups below your organisation’s minimum never show, and in a small group a figure can rest on one answer.
