Raising participation
What helps people take part, and what to avoid.
How it works
The Participation page, for Organisation Admins, shows this month’s check-in completion, overall and for each group that meets your organisation’s minimum group size. The Activation and Active people tiles say “Not measured yet” for now. “Groups needing support” lists teams under 50%.
It never lists who has or hasn’t checked in. Participation is a group figure only.
Step by step
- Open Participation.
- Look at “Groups needing support”.
- Talk with the leader of that group about what would help.
- Make time for it: a regular monthly slot in the calendar makes checking in normal.
- Show people what you did with the last results: tick “Share this with your team” when you log growth work.
Good to know
Using nørma is voluntary, and nørma has no way to make it compulsory.
Avoid asking individuals whether they’ve checked in, and never link it to performance. People take part when they trust it’s private and see something change.
nørma sends check-in reminders automatically. The “Send Reminder” button on this page doesn’t send anything yet.
Group figures only, never a person’s answers. Groups below your organisation’s minimum never show, and in a small group a figure can rest on one answer.
Still need a hand?
Contact your nørma contact. They can help with setup, sign-in, your agreement and anything this help centre doesn’t answer.
