Comparing teams
Compare your groups pillar by pillar.
How it works
The Teams page compares the groups inside the scope you’re viewing. The Heatmap shows eight numbers per group: Fulfilment, Participation, Culture, Active, Reflections, Habits ticked, Growth work and Foundations.
The Pentagon view, the default, shows each group’s five-pillar shape with its Fulfilment and Culture scores.
Step by step
- Open Teams.
- Choose the scope you want to compare inside, such as the whole organisation or one department.
- Switch between Pentagon and Heatmap.
- Read across the Heatmap to see where a group differs.
- Switch your scope to a group to see its own dashboard.
Good to know
A group under your organisation’s minimum (five people, or higher if raised) still appears by name, with “Too few to show.”
A group can also be hidden when showing it would let a smaller group’s result be worked out by subtracting one figure from another.
These are averages. Look for patterns over a few months rather than reacting to one.
Group figures only, never a person’s answers. Groups below your organisation’s minimum never show, and in a small group a figure can rest on one answer.
