Raise your organisation’s minimum group size, and check what it will hide first.

THE DASHBOARD · ADMINISTRATION1 MIN READUPDATED 13 OCT 2026

How it works

Organisation Admins can raise your organisation’s minimum group size, called the “Min-group floor”, in “Privacy & Safety”. A group with fewer members than the floor shows no figures, themes or alerts. The platform minimum is 5. You can raise the floor, but never set it below 5.

The floor counts everyone in a group, leaders included, not how many people answered. A group at the floor shows figures from its first check-in.

Step by step

  1. Open Structure and check how many people are in each group.
  2. Open “Privacy & Safety”, under Organisation.
  3. Type the new number in “Min-group floor”. The line below it says what the new floor will mean.
  4. Tap “Save settings”. A line starting “Min-group floor saved” confirms it.
  5. Open Teams to see which groups now show “Too few to show”.

Good to know

The page doesn’t list which groups will be hidden. Use Structure for group sizes.

A higher floor hides more small groups. It can also hide a department, when subtracting its visible teams would expose a small one.

People see your organisation’s floor in the app, under You, then “Privacy & data”.

Members of a hidden group still count in the group above it.

WHAT YOU SEE

Group figures only, never a person’s answers. Groups below your organisation’s minimum never show, and in a small group a figure can rest on one answer.
