Fulfilment and Culture
Fulfilment and Culture for your group, over time.
How it works
The dashboard leads with two numbers. Fulfilment is the average of the five pillar scores from people’s monthly check-ins. Culture is the average of three questions: “Do you feel heard?”, “Do you feel valued?” and “Do you feel safe to speak your truth?”.
Beside them sits “Participation this month”, plus a row showing how the group used nørma: active people, reflections, growth work, Foundations chapters and habits ticked. Trends shows the months behind the numbers, six by default. Also see Alerts, which flags groups that need attention, and for admins, Value at Stake, an estimate of what turnover may cost.
Step by step
- Open Dashboard and choose the group you want with the scope switcher.
- Read Fulfilment and Culture for this month.
- Check the anonymous themes under “What … is saying”, headed with your group’s name.
- Open Trends to see the line over time and each pillar. Switch between 3, 6 and 12 months.
- To share with a board, use “Export for Board” on Trends and save the page as a PDF.
Good to know
Figures are recalculated once a day, so new check-ins show up within a day.
Each number is an average of the people who answered. When few people answered, it can move a lot from month to month.
Every figure covers a group at or above your organisation’s minimum (five or more people) and never shows individual answers, but a figure can rest on just one answer.
Group figures only, never a person’s answers. Groups below your organisation’s minimum never show, and in a small group a figure can rest on one answer.
