Invite your people
Send invites, track enrolment and resend.
How it works
You can invite people one at a time or import a whole roster from a CSV file. Each person gets an email called “Your space in nørma is ready” with a button to set their password. If your organisation uses single sign-on, the email says there’s no password to set. Leaders and admins get their own version.
Every person on the People page has a status: “Not yet invited”, “Invited”, “Active” or “No access”.
Step by step
- For one person, open People, use “Invite someone”, fill in Email, Name, Role and Team, then tap “Send invitation”.
- For many people, use “Import a roster” with the columns externalId, email, displayName, group and role. A group can be a path, such as “EMEA > Sales”. Importing a roster doesn’t email anyone.
- Send invitations afterwards: filter to “Not yet invited”, choose “Invite all pending”, and confirm. The button shows the count, such as “Send 12 invitations”.
- Watch statuses change from Invited to Active as people accept.
- If someone missed it, their row shows “Resend invitation” or “Resend sign-in details”.
Good to know
The invitation link works once and expires after 72 hours. Resend it if it runs out.
A roster import is all or nothing: if any row has a problem, nothing is imported, so fix the row and try again.
Status shows whether someone has accepted and can sign in. It never shows whether they’ve checked in or what they said.
