Changing who administers nørma
Add or change an Organisation Admin, and hand over before someone leaves.
How it works
Organisation Admins manage people, structure and settings. You can make someone an admin, or change their role back, on the People page. The change applies the next time they use nørma.
It’s wise to keep at least two admins, so nobody is locked out when one is away or leaves.
Step by step
- To add someone new as an admin, open People, use “Invite someone”, set Role to Organisation Admin and tap “Send invitation”. They get an email called “Your nørma admin access is ready”.
- To promote someone already on the roster, choose Organisation Admin in the Role column on their row.
- When an admin is leaving, make the new admin first.
- Then change the leaver’s role, or use “Remove access” on their last day.
- If they led a group, assign a new leader in Structure, under Leaders.
Good to know
Admins see account details by name on People: name, email, team, role and status. No screen shows anyone’s answers or reflections.
An admin is also an employee with their own private app, and their check-in counts in their group’s figures.
If you’re the only admin and you’re leaving, contact your nørma contact before your last day.
Still need a hand?
Contact your nørma contact. They can help with setup, sign-in, your agreement and anything this help centre doesn’t answer.
