People and structure
Move people between teams and handle leavers.
How it works
You can move someone to another group in Structure, under People. (In the newer console, change it on their row.) Past months’ figures don’t change; this month’s follow the new team.
When someone leaves, use “Remove access”. They’re signed out everywhere, can’t sign in again, stop counting in your figures from that day, and their account is erased after 30 days. If you restore their access before then, nothing is lost.
Step by step
- To move someone, open Structure and change their group under People.
- For a leaver, open People, choose “Remove access” and confirm.
- After removing access, offer “Send them a copy of their data” and type their personal email.
- If it was a mistake, choose “Restore access” within 30 days.
Good to know
The data copy goes straight to the person. You only ever see a masked address, never their data. Addresses on your organisation’s domain are refused. The link lasts up to 7 days; you can send it three times, and each send replaces the last.
Removing people can take a group below your organisation’s minimum, and then its results stop showing.
Groups are archived, never deleted, so history is kept.
