How it works
Short definitions of the words you’ll meet in the app and the dashboard.
Good to know
Pillar: one of five areas of life nørma asks about: Health & Fitness, Internal Work, Love & Relationships, Social Connection, and Work & Life Flow.
Check-in: the monthly set of twenty pillar questions and three workplace questions.
Fulfilment score: the average of a person’s five pillar scores, from 0 to 100. On the dashboard, the same average for a group.
Culture: the average of “Do you feel heard?”, “Do you feel valued?” and “Do you feel safe to speak your truth?”.
Mirror: what a person gets back after a check-in or a reflection. The check-in mirror uses fixed rules. The reflection mirror is written by AI.
Momentum: a private 0 to 100 measure of what someone has done for themselves this month.
Growth work: one-off things a person or a leader decides to do, each tied to a pillar.
Foundations: the first growth journey everyone starts with.
Theme: a short label for what people reflect on, shown for groups, never in their words.
Signal: the group figures, themes and alerts leaders read on the dashboard.
Scope: the group you’re viewing on the dashboard.
Minimum group size: the smallest group that shows figures. At least five, counting everyone in the group.
Psychosocial hazard: something about work that can harm mental health, such as high job demands or poor role clarity.
