Trends and Signal shift

Reading your numbers over 3, 6 or 12 months, and setting what you did beside what moved.

THE DASHBOARD · READING THE SIGNAL1 MIN READUPDATED 13 OCT 2026

How it works

Trends shows how Fulfilment and the five pillars have moved for the scope you choose. Pick 3 months, 6 months or 12 months; six is the default. A gap in a line means that month was held back.

Signal shift, under Measure, sets what you did beside what moved. Growth work you logged sits next to the movement in its pillar since that month, and recorded sessions show a before and an after.

Step by step

  1. Open Trends and choose your scope.
  2. Pick 3, 6 or 12 months.
  3. Read the overall line first, then each pillar.
  4. To share with a board, tap “Export for Board” and save the page as a PDF.
  5. Open Signal shift to read your logged growth work beside its pillar’s movement.

Good to know

Movement isn’t cause. nørma doesn’t claim your action moved a number.

Signal shift only lists growth work you logged yourself.

When a group is below your organisation’s minimum, the movement figures are withheld, but what you logged still shows.

Trends only shows the scope you choose. To compare groups, use Teams.

Small groups swing a lot. Look across a few months before drawing conclusions.
