Your evidence trail

A dated record of what you identified, did and reviewed.

THE DASHBOARD · PSYCHOSOCIAL DUTY1 MIN READUPDATED 13 OCT 2026

How it works

As you use nørma, it keeps a dated record: monthly group figures over time, every growth work log (with the scope and when it was logged), and sessions marked as run.

Together, that shows you identified risks, acted on them and reviewed what happened. It’s evidence of reasonable steps. It doesn’t make you compliant on its own, and it isn’t legal advice, so confirm the specifics with your own advisers.

Step by step

  1. Log growth work and sessions as you go, so the record builds itself.
  2. On Trends, use “Export for Board” and save the page as a PDF.
  3. Keep it with your WHS records, and review it each quarter.

Good to know

Figures are aggregated but can reflect one answer; growth work logs record their author.

There isn’t yet a single one-click evidence pack, and a hazard register export isn’t available yet. Today, “Export for Board” on Trends is the one export.

nørma supports your psychosocial risk management. It doesn’t replace consultation with workers or your duty to put controls in place.

WHAT YOU SEE

Group figures only, never a person’s answers. Groups below your organisation’s minimum never show, and in a small group a figure can rest on one answer.
