Getting to the dashboard

Where to open the dashboard, how to sign in, and what you’ll see first.

THE DASHBOARD · GETTING STARTED1 MIN READUPDATED 13 OCT 2026

How it works

The dashboard is a website you open in a browser on your computer. It’s separate from the phone app. Your organisation has its own dashboard address, and the button in your invitation email takes you there.

People Leaders get an email called “Your People Leader space in nørma is ready”, with an “Accept invitation and get started” button. Organisation Admins get “Your nørma admin access is ready”, with “Set your password and open the console”.

Step by step

  1. Open your invitation email and tap the button.
  2. Choose a password and tap “Set password and continue”.
  3. Bookmark the page you land on, so you can find the dashboard again.
  4. Next time, open your bookmark. Under “Sign in to nørma”, type your “Work email” and tap “Continue”.
  5. Enter your password on the page that opens.

Good to know

You land on Dashboard, showing the group you lead, or the whole organisation if you’re an Organisation Admin. Admins also see pages for people, structure and settings.

Invitation links work once and last three days. If yours has expired, ask your organisation’s nørma administrator to resend it.

Forgotten your password? Use “Forgot your password?” on the page where you enter it.

If you see “That address belongs to a different organisation.”, you’re on another organisation’s address. Use the link from your own invitation.

Lost the address? Ask your Organisation Admin, or your nørma contact if you’re the admin.

Still need a hand?

Contact your nørma contact. They can help with setup, sign-in, your agreement and anything this help centre doesn’t answer.
