Integrations

What the Integrations page shows today, and how to ask for a connection.

THE DASHBOARD · ADMINISTRATION1 MIN READUPDATED 13 OCT 2026

How it works

The Integrations page, under Organisation, lists connections to other tools and the honest state of each. It’s read only. There’s no button to connect anything from here.

Today it lists Slack, Microsoft Teams, Calendar, BambooHR, Culture Amp and Okta SSO. Each card shows one of three states. “Not built yet” is a placeholder, and nothing is exchanged with that tool. “Not connected” means it’s built but has no credentials set up. “Connected” means credentials are in place.

Step by step

  1. Open Integrations, under Organisation.
  2. Read the state on each card.
  3. To load your people, use “Import a roster” on the People page.
  4. For single sign-on, ask your nørma contact.
  5. To ask for an integration, talk to your nørma contact.

Good to know

nørma doesn’t need any integration to run. You add people by invitation or a CSV file, and nørma emails them itself.

The “Okta SSO” card is a placeholder. Single sign-on that AOH sets up for you works whatever that card says.

Most cards show “Not built yet” for now.

Still need a hand?

Contact your nørma contact. They can help with setup, sign-in, your agreement and anything this help centre doesn’t answer.
